We accept payment by bank deposit or credit card. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, and the balance is due two weeks before arrival.

Extra person: $65 per night
Children 3-10 years: $40 per night
Children 10-16 years: $50 per night

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are tax inclusive. Check-in time is 3pm or after, and check-out is before 11am (12 noon on weekends).
*Excludes public holidays
Restrictions
Minimum booking is 2 nights.
Please note, the Cottage is for the exclusive use of paying guests only and not to be used to entertain visitors at anytime.
No pets are allowed.
We are unable to accommodate wedding/bridal groups.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of monies paid.
Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of monies paid minus a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit all monies paid unless we are able to rebook the cottage for the same dates.

Ivybrook Vineyard Cottage offers private, luxury self catering accommodation for up to four people in a 35 acre rural setting. It features a winter creek, birdlife, olive trees, farm animals and vineyards. You will also find, at just a stone's throw away from the cottage, the small family winery, a heritage cellar door, a restored Circa 1890 stone barn, and several historic outbuildings.
With an emphasis on your comfort, the cottage offers luxury furnishings, is fully air-conditioned, and has a full self-catering kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry facilities, a cosy fireplace, and a two-person candlelit spa bath.
