Cancellation policy

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine, and this service is only available for delivery in Australia.

Ivybrook Wine Crew is free to join and there is a minimum one year membership.

If you would like to cancel after this time, please contact us in writing via email prior to your next recurring charge date.

Your preferred payment method will be charged automatically for the wine pack/s you have chosen on the anniversary of your subscription, depending on the frequency you have selected.

We will email you to notify you of your purchase and shipment. Please ensure your payment and delivery details are correct.

If you wish to make any changes to your subscription, including wine selection, shipping information and payment details, you must inform us at least 7 days prior to your shipment date.

All wines will be of the current vintage, unless specified otherwise.

We will notify you of any price changes at least one month in advance.

You may temporarily suspend your membership any time after the first wine delivery. You must inform us in writing via email about the duration of the suspension, and your membership will be reactivated automatically after this period.

Your delivery address must be a street address where delivery can be made between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Our licence states that deliveries are not permitted outside of these times.

As a member, you will receive a 15% discount on purchases, except for special offers and excluding all museum wine.
